North American NG is something like 1026Btu/cf or 1.026Btu/mcf.

But there's plenty of places that produce "rich" gas, in excess of 1100btu/cf, which commands a premium. Gas produced in Algeria, for some reason, is especially rich, making is easier to transport (doesn't need to be as cold).
