BirdDog,

ICGE is a fine incubator. The problem with any incubator right now (see CMGI) is that the IPO market is dead, and without IPOs, the incubators have difficulty realizing any value from the companies in which they invest.

On the other hand, ICGE was at the forefront of investing in b2b marketmakers. If it sticks with its plan and has enough cash, it could do very well.
