Slacker,

SanDisk, Toshiba and Panasonic are co-founders of the SD card
and will split profits from these items.

The card on the NTT Docomo site is a SD card with a Panasonic
name brand on it. This is like the cards they are selling with
their digital camcorders. Funny thing is that original content
like video clips and photos don't need to be secure, thus the
door is opened to MMC as the SD Memory Card slot also supports
non-secure MMC cards.

I think non-secure is going to be the way to go until SDMI
gets its act together. I posted this about Micronas earlier...
