Bear Market not over say experts. Traders are worried about talk of "war room tactics" to be employed by Democrats to
stop Bush appointees and stop the tax cut. Markets are also jittery, because economic numbers are bad indicating that
the 2000-2001 Clinton/Gore/Greenspan recession is at the door. While the Fed action is praised, it is pointed out that it
takes 6 months for a rate decrease to be felt. Thus, the backward looking indeces of the Fed have put us in recession:
