i don't mind the questions at all. i understand that feedback is important. i'll respond as best as i can.

"When you clear your cache are you logging out of SI?"

if you mean literally logging out, the answer is no. i close the browser window using the 'x' in the upper right. in classic format, there is no 'log out' feature.

otherwise, when i clear cache each day, si is closed, as are all browser windows. all cookies are cleared the same way, every day, no browser windows open.

"do you have the 'keep me logged in box checked?'"

nope

however..... in ie5.5 (and not in netscape communicator4.76), despite clearing all cache and cookies, and no matter what method i use (sometimes i use norton's cleansweep to get everything at once), my password is always pre-entered. i have to type in my username.
