flatsville, I've got my money on Angelides on this one.

Demo. legislators here will be in no hurry to bail out utes who along with large business users and Pete Wilson pushed this garbage on us in the first place, and publicly stated they'd take the upside risk. Oops.

Angelides has a pretty high stature among the players here, and legislators have a habit of wanting to get re-elected. Notice the article said they'd have to approve the bail out fee. The average California resident doesn't really give a sh*t about Wall Street or their bond ratings. But they do pay utility bills and vote. We'll see.
