I sure hope Alec Baldwin will be moving to France.
He will discover a beautiful tax that surely a
socialist like him can support: a tax on capital.
This tax affects all residents, including noncitizens,
and affects all their worldwide assets. Residents are
required to perform a full inventory of their
assets and submit a list of their holdings to
the govt, and every year, clip clip... our friend
Alec will have to fork over something like 1 to 2%
of his net worth.

Maybe after a few years of this treatment Alec will
be ready for some tax cuts.
