Pvo.v, i've been watching it too, offered at .50 with .60/sh in cash ... but you nailed it, 'pretty inept' is how H comes off there ... still, with that amount of cash, it could be run on a credible story.
Reminds me of qbx.v in a way, that one is trading for a market cap of less than the value of its pn.amex shares alone, and it's got other o&g assets along with considerable cash ... but management credibility took a hit with all that dot.bomb paper ... not all of which is unsalvageable maybe, ema.amex has been bouncing a little lately.
Or ite.to even - solid people, great business, unfortunate timing - adds up to market disfavour to the degree that Thursday it traded at one penny more than its per share cash in the bank ... how about that, one canuck penny for all those VC positions, one of which just made a higher low - ca.finance.yahoo.com |
