Lawrence Kudlow is one of the few smart investment strategists around these days, he's chief U.S. investment strategist and chief U.S. economist at ING Barings LLC..... Agreed, it may take 6 months for the initial rate cut to work its way into the economy, but these markets also look at least 6 months ahead... therefore, I think these markets may not break as badly as otherwise due to the recent move by Greenspan... Greenspan should be impeached and the Federal Reserve Act itself should be repealed... free markets don't need a heavy hand by any godfather one way or the other, if Greenspan didn't start raising rates 18 months ago, he wouldn't need to lower them today and we would probably all be far better off right now.....BWDIK GZ
