I am not sure why you are even bothering with this one. They have no money, negative book value, no sales, pay their COB a fortune for very little achievements, he turns around and sell all the stock in the open market. As far as their technology, the release does not say much, except that their memory is experimental. If it is a magnetic (FRAM) type, RMTR and IBM have similar technologies, I could not find anything unique. I think it is a bag of hot air. Do you have specific information that make this one interesting? Zeev
