Deposition subpoenas for Msssrs. Jim Fair & Ron Powell!!! It's official - these two high level NVLS managers who work at the 4000 N. First Street facility in San Jose, CA are ordered to testify truthfully and completely! Jim Fair is scheduled for January 29! Ron Powell is scheduled for February 16! Both depositions begin at 9:30 a.m. PST and will be recorded at the law offices of Randall M. Widmann, Esq., 550 Hamilton Ave., Suite 201, Palo Alto, CA 94301.
