Hi Bill,
The reversal of the rate cut rally may have shaken whatever fund investor confidence the public has. This coming week will probably be another horrible week for redemptions and outflows. The more active investors displayed little fear with the VIX only rising into the 32 range. Unless we sell off big time from here, I believe the bottom has been postponed. Of course since not all stocks bottom at the same time. It will depend on your buy list when to nibble.
