Now that the Republicans have effective control over Congress and the White House, they have only each other to fight with and blame for problems. The sniping by conservatives at Lott over his Senate deal has already started. Of course, it Bush who prompted this during his trip to the hill when he urged cooperations and bipartinship.

The same will soon be true in the House, with Armey, DeLay and others objecting to Hastert's compelled cooperation with the Dems. And it will only get worse when Cheney seeks to impose the White House's views on both legislative houses.

You folks who think that the Bush agenda will sail thru, or that Bush will be able to quickly reverse many of the enlightend executive actions the President is taking during his waning time in office, are in for a rude awakening.
