Scumbria: I don't have Linux installed on the Athlon box OK so it's not Linux. the "mem > c:\test.txt" command will work on WIn95/98 as well as DOS. Now you are going to tell us that you are running NT 4.0 or Windows 2000. These OS's have corresponding applets that dump system memory stats. to a text file. Just please show me that 2 DIMM's work in a DDR system. It is simple request. Bilow would gladly document his results no matter how biased his slant. I am not saying they can't but I am not believing they do until I see results in print. Not a single demo has been done on the web showing systems with two DDR DIMM's installed working. I an just a little skeptical that Scumbria is the frist to document a working system with two DIMMs. john
