It is entirely possible that "NOK and other hopeful W-CDMA suppliers" have specifically commented on this. I have not seen such comments. If they do exist, I would like to see one I do not yet seen one. I have seen several articles about vendor financing. I read Tero's article "Vendor Financing: Worse Than You Think" which makes one mention of subscriber guarantees. It does NOT attribute this comment to Nokia or any other vendor. I just reread my clip of it. Sorry I do not have the link handy. - Eric -
