I thought all you budding rock n' roll stars started with "House of the Rising Sun" ... <g> Hmm, it has this little ditty about trains ... Well it's one foot on the platform and the other put on the train. I'm going back to New Orleans to wear that ball and chain. And something about Internet darlings (with apologies to the Animals): There is a house up in New York City they call The Rising Sun. And it's been the ruin of many poor girl, and me oh God, I'm one. Here in Silicon Valley, maybe five years ago, a local college radio station had a "Louie, Louie" marathon. Listeners were invited to send in their favorite (or not so favorite) rendition of the ever-popular rock tune. It was funny, but talk about repetitive ... <g>
