Notice how the biotechs are screaming down after hours on Friday. I have closed a second put position in IDPH but keep the BBH. PDLI is also down. It seems that interest in this sector is ebbing and wanning and will continue to do so. Very good post from Barron's. WE have said before that the ovresupply in the computer and peripheral sector has been apparent even WHILE the analysts were in the midst of upgrading these stocks. Not only is capital spending financed by loans but even employee wages as well. If you check the figures of some of the leading 'blimps' you will see that employees wages are negative which means they are paid not from profits but through loans.

JNPR Profit per Employee : ($26,967)
BEAS Profit per Employee : ($8,723)
NTIQ Profit per Employee : ($102,884)
EPNY Profit per Employee : ($80,251)
