Frank- Well that sort of follows along the same lines as CLECs dying or being bought up. It's great for awhile but anytime the government tries to regulate new businesses into success, it ultimately does not work well. I feel that if ClearWorks or WINfirst start to show any success, they will be bought out and put on the back burner by the entrenched players. I imagine the time they get bought out, will be after the entrenched issues first put the screws to them(How? I don't know yet) and drive their market caps into the dirt.
