Zev and thread - I WISH SOMEONE COULD FIND SOMETHING POSITIVE OR ENCOURAGING TO SAY.

Next week looks set to be another massive leg down just continuing the collapse. The reaction to the rate cut seems to have left people stunned and in a state of near catatonic shock that it lasted only about three hours.

It has surpased all superlatives, broken all records and truned into the greatest stock market collapse in history and is showing aboslutely no sign of let up indeed quite the opposite.

We have all of severely underestimated what is happening. It is the nightmare that all investors fear in their dreams but hasn't been around since 1929. Now it has returned for the second time in a hundred years except that it is far worse than the last one.

Up till now most of us dreaded the above and our natural resevoir of hope stopped us from taking the disciplined action necessary to preserve capital.

Best regards,

L
