Like life...., things change. I have personally spoken with the SEC case officer, and the AREE matter is basically dormant. The company also shed it's old '..discount coupon/mass mail.." division and has rapidly moved on

AREE, under the new & current management, is making tremendous strides. Check the recent PRs quote.com, and bookmark the board - if you want to keep up with what's happening: Subject 19207.

They have brought several new extreme sports products from design to market in less than a year; SnowFANG snow/ice shoes, the PowderRUSH ski-skooter, Arete Logo clothing products, etc.

The heavy-duty news is the neural-network, heuristic Artifical Intelligence division, 7th Generation, and it's potential effect in the industrial voice-recognition and automated plant, production and process controls area. That's what I do for a profession (Industrial Automation), and I'm very excited about the potential.

If you have a spare $3G's laying around to lend, I'd dearly love to have another 200K of AREE to add to my 1/2MM share collection...!!

Most of us reasonably expect AREE to be at or above $0.15 by the end of March; would hate to see you miss that.

Ya gots'ta keep up with the program..., Dude. :-)

John :-)
