Miserable in the lack of support, but impressive in it's poignancy. Even my teenager said it was fascinating. Wow.

Gore was fabulous. He discharged his duty with aplomb, asking, "Is the objection in writing, and is it signed by a member of the congress and a senator?" over and over, not letting any statements that might be construed as debate slip by although they were in his favor. Those who objected referred to him as Mr. President.

When he help up his hands, palms up, as if to say, "Hey guys, I know and I thank you, but..." " His wink and smile and maturity and grace were a stark contrast to recent photos of that vapid faced smarmy little ass#@<& Presidential fraud beneficiary of the Coup.

Maxine Waters kicked butt. "I don't CARE if no member of the Senate has signed it." When Jesse Jackson Jr. asked if he had permission to ask for a Senator to sign, I couldn't believe no one was moved enough to come forward. And then the black caucus walked out in protest after the Florida vote.
