I'd sell now, take the money, and run I'm trying to talk my wife into that. FINALLY making some progress. Now I need to also start disentangling myself from my commitments here- -job, science fair board, etc. I think the pollution and allergens is going to decide it for both of us, though. I don't think either of us will be able to tolerate the valley much longer. We just back back a few days ago from 2 weeks in Palm Springs. Allergies were OK and an equivalent house is 1/3 to 1/2 of Silly Valley prices. Or less.
