Although the title sounds vaguely familiar, I'm not familiar with the book, nor did any book search come up with any result.

...Thing is I haven't even "driven in the pickets" yet, and that book will end up with the Fabians and some merchant bankers....

I'm afraid I need a translation here. We seem to be 'separated by a common language'. -g-
