The reverse split was Hayseed's plan. Don't you read SEC filings? The reverse split (and concomitant massive dilution) did not happen, only because the SEC didn't approve the SB2 and so would not allow voting on proxy proposals 3, 4, 5 and 6. Don't you read company press releases? You also seem to have missed the fact that they missed yet another deadline - the December 31, 2000 spud-in date for Har Sdom #1 re-entry. Hayseed knew of this on 12/15, yet did not announce it until 12/29. It will be interesting to see how many shares he sold between the time he knew they'd miss spud-in and the time he told shareholders. Now he's got Fowler and Kincheloe over in Israel, trying to convince Druckman to allow another extension. (If the pr is to be believed) You might want to tone down that attitude until you see if the game's over or not. The only people who've been "DEAD WRONG" about NESS so far are the naive, name-calling longs like you who bought into it. ... Mezz -
