I like your picks, I own most of them, these boards can become a little incestuous. As I "catch a falling knife" I am using two approaches. One is to stick a little closer to the companies that are at or near drug commercialization now. I.E., CELG, `SEPR, and CRXA, for outright purchase. Two, invest a little more defensively, in other stocks that I want to own or add to my stake. I am selling certain puts that have high premiums. An example is NPSP that has corrected more than 40%. Check the premiums.
I also sold April LEXG puts on Friday at a strike of 10. If they are put to me I will own the stock at 7.75. If not I have added cash to my account.

To date you have resisted using any form of options in the Portfolio, so this may not be the comment that you were looking for.
