The Wall Street Journal reports in its Friday edition that with platinum and palladium prices soaring, and increasingly intricate forward-selling strategies by gold producers become more prevalent, mining firms and analysts say market conditions may be ripe for Nunavut mines to start producing resources potentially worth billions.
