Gary: CSCO's chart is very bearish with a large descending tria.

Everything points to a new low and I agree with your finding.

What I cannot rationalize its its timing. (looks likely this week). Is the market trying to lever another rate hike out of A.G thru a sell off lower than the last one.?

If not what is the reason for the rush in setting a new low now 4 weeks before earnings.
