Thanks Dave...

I've "done all that" <gg> and I've decided to hold my shares.

I'll certainly report back if I find anything I think is relevant regarding Omnivoice and Strata. For now I still feel comfortable with General Magic's choice for new CEO. You don't and that's great too.

I still don't think S.A.I.L is a "zero"...you do. No big deal. Despite the fact that Lernout and Hauspie were incredibly unethical business people, I don't believe that everyone who was ever associated with them is suspect.

I still feel the fallout from the company's collapse will be to GMGC's advantage.

I'm not going to get into any arguments regarding the semantics of GMGC's press releases, I'll leave that to the folks who watch the stock tick by tick and over analyze every nuance (pardon the pun <g>)of the business model.

I do however appreciate your contrarian calls. They're some of the best buy signals this board gets<gg>.

And if we decide to forget the fundamentals like the partnerships with General Motors, Nuance, IBM, Speechworks, IBM's ViaVoice etc. and the beginning of the maturation of the sector for a moment and just look at the charts, every time GMGC has dipped into the $1.50 range in the last 4 years it's offered a great opportunity to make some money.

Finally, maybe one of the reasons Layton is no longer with those former companies is because she didn't want to be there... perhaps they failed her and her goals, and not the other way around. There are two sides to every coin.
