First we had the 1/2 point rate change then at the close, GZ informed us there was another 1/4 point allowed the next day which gives 3/4. BWDIK? You could be right... I am not into the sophisticated nuances of Fed rate cuts...

I have to wait until Barron's publishes the 13 week coupon yield before I can correctly recalculate the SCYR.
