Tom,

I basically did the same thing you did, but I was only 9 credits shy of graduating with a dual major and a minor. I had a good job in my area of study. It paid well for someone my age in this part of the country, and had great benefits. I took a year off school to get married, that turned into another year, cause we bought our first house...the rest is history. Bought another house...started having babies...And here I am. I am not sure I would change much about the choices I made, if I had to do it all over again, with the same knowledge I had then. I do sometimes wish I had that piece of paper that proves my efforts!! Funny thing is, if I ever went back to school, I would want to start over as square one, as I no longer have a desire to work in my previous field of study. (4 kids of my own cured me of that!!! <ggg>)

Smiles
Jane
