Stocks to watch for Monday

BTI-t...this company has a patented technology for the production of rechargeable batteries. It licenses this technology to battery manufacturers and distributors. Recently the company has acquired Accucell of Germany in an attempt to get a foothold in the European market and announced a $5 million equity financing. It appears the ducks are getting lined in a row for this stock, definitely a stock to watch.

EWD-t...is a developer of wireless dispatch software for internet applications. With the recent resignations of it's V.P. of sales and marketing and then President & CEO it is no wonder this stock is trading near it's 52 week lows. But with signed agreements already in place that include Bell Mobility, Vertical Telecom, IBM, and AT&T this company may be down but not out so to speak. If this co. can execute and sign a new President & CEO that catches the markets fancy, expect the share price to move higher on the news.

FAS-v...a beaten down medical device company who's key product is the patented "Endoluminal Brush". Recently they have announced a distribution agreement to sell their "brush" in the United States. This is the news investors have long been waiting for, so expect the share price to act in accordance. Put it on your watch list.

MYT-t...develops and licenses biometric technologies. It is an industry leader in fingerprint pattern recognition technology and currently has 15 patents on it's biometric solutions. After divesting themselves of non-core assets Mytec has hit the acquistion trail and is acquiring Biometric Identification an American company that should solidify their global leadership.
This company is now getting industry recognition after recent signed agreements with Loqware and Intel to make their technology compatible with those companies security software. With considerable cash and resources keep an eye on this company as it should deliver good revenue growth going forward.

this is a watchlist only...please do your own DD

regards,
atial
