When GMGC is at or near its 52-week low and 10% of its 52-week high, it seems every buy signal was a mistake. I hardly think that my cautions were usually inappropriate or frequently poorly timed.

My point on SAIL was not that Layton was tainted by L&H's lack of ethics but merely that the SAIL San Diego office was a small operation. Being CEO there was little preparation for the management responsibilities of a CEO at 150-headcount GMGC.

It is very difficult to post here when everything negative about GMGC is greeted with a personal attack. Could you please critique my opinions or challenge my facts without the sarcastic comments?
