RON, the first hurdle is always the hardest, IHI took long raising money and had a lot of other issues to sort out... "IHI WAS NOT DELAYED FOUR YEARS, IT WAS FIFTEEN YEARS AHEAD OF ITS TIME"!! The JV partners know what they are in for once IHI proves itself by running the first factory....the JVers are fully aware of the financial commitments and so I presume they will be ready with the cash to purchase the robotics as soon as they have to!? It's not that the robotics take long for delivery. The JVers have now just got to follow the plan set by IHI - the initial trials, troubles, tests have been done by IHI so now theoretically it should be a smoother ride for the JVers who won't have to face so many obstacles. Anyway, I've asked several similar questions to IHI and await their email reply which I will post here.
