Just wanted to pass along that I received an annual report and 10K from MCDE today. As a shareholder I already received the report some time back but what I found most notable was the small note on a cover sheet from the CFO. It remarked: ..."although it hasnt been recognized in our share price at this point, we think we are making nice progress in building a very focused antibiotics and antifungal company." It goes on to encourage a visit if in the SF area. Now seeing that this is a form letter, they are trying to take a more active approach to drumming up interest in their share price than they had been. As they had formerly been passive promoters a step up on this basis to a more CBST like PR approach could help. My amateur take is they are more advanced than CBST and definitely stronger financially, yet their market values are at near parity. Also note they are not just an antibiotics boutique but are also leveraging into antifungal work. Antifungals is also a huge and growing category. Unfortunately I dont foresee myself getting out to SF any time soon, but if anyone here is in the SF area, why not take them up on their invitation?
