Colossal has stockpiled 55 tonnes of Cobalt concentrate and is close (may have happened) and plans on selling at around $ 25 lb. Current price about $23.50. They would realize approx. US $2 million and about $ .30 per share.
They need to start selling on a regular basis and firm up contracts and prices into the future instead of playing games in the spot market.
Dil is either still in Zambia meeting with the President or on the way back.
