Not bankrupt except in the sense of morality. One billion shares authorized. They are still around, but I wouldn't count on anything from them. This is just a printing press for shares. I have yet to see one press release bear fruit. They are no longer on the website, but releases from a few years back tell of a cancer hospital in Arabia, a plating plant we bought with income of over 50 million, the diasensor (which sold about 7 units). The list of unfulfilled releases goes on. Personal loans to the execs in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Forgiven loans...... Terry
