That is interesting because GS was the brokerage liquidating the insiders shares...unless they took the whole block from the insiders at around 42 and now want to hold it up to sell at the higher price. Seems to me that pegging the stock is illegal except during the primary offering period of a public.

However, It doesn't seem like they wouold be able to hold out past August 9 when the floodgates open. (88 million shares)
