John: ALYD used to be a favorite trading vehicle of mine. Made money a few times in and out. After they filed for NASDAQ, I decided to hold. Mistake! I'm now even with those shares, after several weeks. That same money invested/traded elsewhere would have (probably) netted nice profits.

For a speculative stock, this one's a drag.

If your slow appreciation analysis is correct, then perhaps it's time to look elsewhere. There are lots of stocks fluctuating madly enough to not only make money, but to have fun doing it. Not sure what to do, but I'm not ecstatic about current status.

Re: Your comment on TPII. Do you think it's a real Y2K contender from a technical perspective ... or are you saying there's money to be made gambling/playing with it ... or both?

Regards,
