Amy, <Why didn't Intel buy ServerWorks?> Good question, one that was posed by one of my coworkers over a year ago (back when ServerWorks was called RCC). One of the reasons was anti-trust concerns. Another reason was that our relationship with ServerWorks is that of a successful "coop-tition," in that they are both competitors and cooperators. They were able to cover holes in our server chipset roadmap for the past few years, and they will continue to cover holes for the next several years. I forgot the other reasons. Tenchusatsu
