BTW Athony, that SEC frowns on companies that make financial projections from companies with no track record. Softlink was another OTS reverse merger which Francois promoted on the message boards. Softlink had hit $8 a share and the touts knew the projections were coming before the news was to be released. Sorflink changed their name. Let be get a quote of the comany for you. After this release on softlink they also changed P.R. reps. The sanction was based on findings that D’Amaro provided correspondence in the form of letters, facsimile transmissions, and telexes to an institutional customer that contained false and misleading representations. The findings also stated that D’Amaro failed to obtain prior approval of correspondence from a firm principal.
