OK this stock came up in Barron's with the greatest increase in insider buying. It's price to sales is .1, which is value priced and I'm seeing a trailing PE of 6 ish on it. Wallstreetcity has a forward PE of 4. so is it a buy? It went down to the 3 ish area that was a support area for several years from 1993-1995
