Has our own Government for the past 8 years been enforcing the laws? Has even ONE welfare or entitlement check been sent out to even ONE single person who is an ILLEGAL alien???? Who in the Clinton Government is in charge of enforcing our current Immigration and Welfare and Housing and Food Stamp and Education (and all the ETCs) laws as far as Illegal aliens are concerned??? Do you think there has been even ONE "oversight"....??? Does EACH Federal Department require an I-9 type proof of identity for EACH recipient of Government funds or aid of any kind??? If not, WHY NOT? And on top of ALl this, Tiger Paw....how is Linda Chavez, or any ordinary citizen to know how to help someone....should every one of us ask for a proof of citizenship BEFORE we give anyone funds, even the folks who are homeless on the street....??? IS THAT WHAT YOU DEMOCRATS ARE SUGGESTING????
