Just like an AMDROID trying to spoil a good party!<g>... Andreas, in the press release that you posted it says, "six-year strategic supply agreement in which Micron will supply a majority of the DDR (Double Data Rate) SDRAM used in Microsoft's Xbox.."

Who will supply the rest? Samsung, VIA, etc? I know it's prudent to have more than one supplier. Or is it that maybe there is no minority supplier, but rather a substitute... RDRAM? Do you think Gates would enter into an agreement with Micron for DDR with legal actions still not settled between Rambus and Micron regarding ownership of DDR? Do you think the perhaps Gates just may have a plan B? If MSFT goes ahead with Micron and there is not settlement on DDR, do you think that MSFT my be a target of a lawsuit just as SEGA was (I believe) for the unauthorized use of Rambus technology? I believe that if DDR is going to be used, that it will come from one of the companies that has settled with RAMBUS, and not Micron. Strange that Forbes would print a falsehood. Not that a mistake couldn't have been made, but FORBES is quite responsible. I've read many of their articles and have always found them to be on target.
