Ease up Kent.

Perhaps you and Caxton did not notice the flurry of press releases posted to the threads about conversion to GSM/GPRS networks. GSM networks are still being built and GPRS networks are commercial in quite a few markets. That will be the main driver of Nokia's fortunes for the next several quarters and that is of extreme interest to those of us that remain uninterested in qcom as an investment. The other thread was started to provide a place to discuss those relevant topics without the constant heckling from you and it has been a great help.

You have managed to get everybody here to admit that 3G will be great; qcom will profit greatly from it and that eventually Nokia will develop some type of licensing agreement. All that is left to debate is the timing of it. So relax! We are all going to be fine. Puck does a lot of work to provide information. You can compare GPRS and 1X all day long but GPRS is still going to happen. I should say, "...continue to happen." As long as that continues and until Nokia further defines its WCDMA strategy I will remain content but vigilant about my Nokia investment.
