I think the problem is finding and retaining qualified employees. Salaries are going to have to go up, especially now that many companies are finding their stock prices dwindling, making options a lot less attractive in many cases. Young college grads were flocking to now defunct internet firms with the hopes & promise of getting in on an IPO. The rising personnel costs and rising oil prices will have to be passed along to the consumer eventually.
