First, base year numbers for 2000 are lowballed by 70%:

Also, I am unable to find the Infotrends numbers cited on the lily pond site (and formed the basis of the projections). However, Infotrends research from a few months earlier points to a worldwide market as much as 3X the lily-pond prediction in 2005.
