But this is one of the very few vision care companies that hasn't cratered. Granted all he'd asked for is documents, but the Street seemed to think something would come of this. It was right. Apparently, some contract breaches with Canon that will lead to legal problems were not disclosed publicly, only to the SEC in documents. siliconinvestor.com Hard to say if his estimate of the liability is in line. Management has been looking pretty bad in terms of scratching each others' backs. No position; staying tuned (not very intensely), and staying away. Cheers, Tuck
