It is doubtful that Prozac has a "suicide" side effect. Many people who are prescribed Prozac are so depressed that they can barely get out of bed. Then, the drug gives them enough energy to get up and commit suicide. Of course, this is reality, and will probably have little bearing in a court of law. -g-
