transacions will be between 30 and 33 mil. Transaction growth rate has been slowing for several qtrs (it never was that great to begin with either). CYCH will not even mention the transaction numbers in the press release. No one cares about that. +EPS is the ONLY thing the street cares about. Not cash-flow-accounting tricks just +EPS. That is all they better talk about.

FWIW:
I just read that several brokerage houses have a near term target on the NAZ of 1800.
