Music TV - a cable channel which plays music videos, has award shows, and a couple of series about real people who live together in a group. Teenagers and adolescents watch it.
A sister cable station - VH-1 - offers slightly more conservative fare.

I think it is boring. My daughter watches it for the music videos, to critique some of the musicians, and, earlier, to get an idea how other young people act.

Frankly I view it as a rite of passage; children generally adopt their parents' values - at least my children have.
